Growing demand for real estate in some UAE emirates

In the first quarter of 2024, 400 real estate valuation transactions were recorded in the emirate of Ajman with a total value exceeding 1.92 billion dirhams ($523 million).

This was announced by Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulatory Department.

The number of real estate valuation transactions turned out to be 129% more than during the same period in 2023. It is noteworthy that the department recorded 277 real estate valuation transactions for investors to obtain golden visas for a total amount of 669 million dirhams ($182 million).

The figures recorded in the first quarter of 2024 reflect the upward trajectory of the Ajman property market. The UAE’s smallest emirate is gaining popularity due to its thriving investment environment, diverse attractions, and economic opportunities and incentives for entrepreneurs and investors.
